The Tree of Life, it serves as a poignant reminder
of they intrinsic connection between nature and our existence.
Observing these trees is a source of healing for me, evoking a profound
sense of enlightenment. In contemporary society, the natural world finds itself eclipsed by a barrage of artificial sounds. The encroachment of urbanisation and industrialisation, coupled with the ceaseless hum of technology, has created an auditory landscape where the delicate whispers of nature are drowned out. Cities resonate with the constant din of traffic, construction, and electronic devices, overshadowing the once-prominent sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves. In creating my Tree of Life, I aimed to highlight the conspicuous absence of such a symbolic representation in our altered living systems.
CHASM OF NATURE

In contemporary society, the natural world finds itself eclipsed by a barrage of artificial
sounds. The encroachment of urbanisation and industrialisation, coupled with the
ceaseless hum of technology, has created an auditory landscape where the delicate
whispers of nature are drowned out. Cities resonate with the constant din of traffic,
construction, and electronic devices, overshadowing the once-prominent sounds of
birdsong and rustling leaves. Even in more rural settings, transportation noise disrupts the serenity that was once synonymous with nature. The essence of nature is subdued, its
symphony muffled by the cacophony of modern life
Tree Of Life

In creating my Tree of Life, I aimed to highlight the conspicuous absence of such a symbolic representation in our altered living systems. In times past, people's lives were intricately woven into the fabric of nature and their immediate surroundings, with the Tree of Life serving as a poignant symbol commemorating this connection. However, in our contemporary era, the essence of the Tree of Life has been overshadowed and forgotten. The modernised landscape, dominated by technological advancements and artificial elements, stands in stark contrast to the once profound significance of the Tree of Life as a representation of our intertwined existence with nature.
Nature sounds have a range of positive effects on the
human body, contributing to relaxation, stress reduction,
and overall well-being. Nature sounds, such as the gentle
rustling of leaves, flowing water, or birdsong, have a
calming effect. They can help lower the levels of stress
hormones like cortisol, leading to reduced stress and
anxiety. sounds are often used to promote better sleep.
They can mask disruptive noises and create a soothing
environment, helping people fall asleep faster and enjoy
more restful sleep.Listening to nature sounds can elevate
one's mood. It triggers the release of "feel-good"
neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine,

Screen printing works by creating a stencil on a mesh screen, then using a squeegee to push ink through the open areas of the screen so the design transfers onto the material. The ink is then dried or heat-cured so the print becomes permanent and durable.
